Czech Courses is spreading its wings and setting up its new branch right in the heart of the beautiful town of Karlovy Vary.
We are looking for an awesome team leader to help us deliver the best service in the Czech language teaching.

Who are we looking for?
You are positive, engaging and supportive person who prefers informal working environment. You have experience with language teaching, you're great with keeping things organized, and you can solve various tasks independently. Apart from Czech, you also speak English fluently. Ukranian, German, or Russian language are a big plus.
Branch manager & Head tutor:
👉 Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the branch in alignment with the overall goals of the language school. Provide leadership and direction to ensure the branch meets its objectives and targets.
👉 Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, including scheduling, facilities management, and resource allocation. Monitor and manage budgetary responsibilities, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency.
👉 Tutoring and tutor Management:
Tutor Czech courses students, recruit, train, and supervise tutors, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure the team meets educational and organizational standards.
👉 Student Recruitment and Retention:
Meet and book students in the office or online, develop and implement strategies to attract new students to the branch. Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and continued enrollment.
👉 Community Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community, represent the language school at community events and promote a positive image.
👉 Quality Assurance:
Ensure the quality of education and services provided by the Czech Courses branch.
👉 Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication channels with the central Czech Courses office, tutors, and students.
